By using Coin Backtest ("the Site"), you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the service

The Site provides historical market data analysis tools for research and education. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or financial institution, and nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

2. No warranty

• The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Market data originates from third parties (Binance) and may contain gaps, errors or delays. Backtest results are simplified simulations and will differ from live trading (slippage, funding, liquidity and outages are not modeled).
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site operator shall not be liable for any loss — including trading losses — arising from use of the Site, reliance on its results, or inability to access it. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it at abusive volume, or misrepresent its results as guarantees of performance. Shared strategy links encode configurations you choose to publish; share responsibly.

5. Intellectual property

Site content (guides, interface, engine) belongs to the Site operator. You may link to and share strategy URLs freely. Quoting guide content with attribution is welcome.

6. Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertising. Advertisers are responsible for their own content.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes will update the effective date above.
